Vanilla toffee with soft maltiness. Citrus and pear drops slowly open. Sweet wood spices see ginger and cinnamon in balance. Honeyed fruits and lighter oak enter near the finish. 44% ABV.
Wisps of smoke from burning peat embers. Citrus fruit and creamy vanilla. Sweet fruit and peat intertwine with tempered oak for a soft finish. 46% ABV.
Aromatic. Dried apple and citrus fruits. Peat smoke mingles with vanilla. Sweet fruit and darker smoke with hints of sea salt meander to a warm embracing finish. 48.4% ABV.
Ginger and cinnamon with layers of vanilla. Hints of dark chocolate and berry compote. A warm finish delivered by gentle wood spices. 46.4% ABV.
Raisins and sultanas, sweet vanilla laced with ginger. Burnished oak shows later. Sweetwood spices and brandy snaps lead to a soft yet spicy rich fruit finish. 50.8%
Sweet vanilla and subtle notes of pineapple laced with cinnamon and ginger. Rich in dried fruits – dates and figs partner with wood spices and nutmeg. Aging oak and caramelized apple lead to a warm finish. 41% ABV.
Cinnamon sticks with touches of ginger. Burnished oak gives way to dried fruits – soaked raisins and sweet sultanas. Wood spices are bold, dancing with citrus and dark fruit. Wisps on aniseed and liquorice appear later embraced by soft sweet oak at the finish. 40.6% ABV.
Caramelized tropical fruits, soft marshmallow and rich vanilla custard. Dried raisins interwoven with notes of toasted oak. Cinnamon and bright wood spices precede citrus fruits and sultanas with hints of oak and sweet vanilla. 42.8% ABV.
