Winemaker Rui Robreido Madeira planted terraced vineyards facing northwest. With an average altitude of 150 meters and with schist soil overlooking the river, this is where the best grape varieties of the Douro are planted, includingTinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional.
